Empirical studies are a core approach in human-computer interaction (HCI). In this course, we will cover empirica studies from both a theoretical and practical perspective. The focus will be on the design of empirical studies, the preparation of date and the analysis of data. These topics will be illustrated by means of actual topics in HCI.
